Terms And Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

By placing a reservation with Towne & Country Limousine Inc you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further expressly authorize Towne & Country Limousine Inc. to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show or for vehicle cleaning or damage.. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached.

Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time

On all airport arrival reservations you will be considered a no-show after 45 minutes (60 minutes for International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your flights arrival time. If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted Towne & Country Limousine Inc by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting Towne & Country Limousine Inc at (303) 576-8121 by phone.

Requests for additional stop(s) on Airport Transfers, for sedans, vans, SUV’s and mini buses, will be charged $15.00/stop. Stops are a maximum of 10 minutes. Additional time will be charged at the vehicles pro rated hourly rate .

Update of Airport Transfer Arrival Times

We update all flight arrival times when a correct flight number or tail number is provided, but the update is only as reliable as the information we are provided by the Airline or passenger(s)

Deposits

A credit card is needed to hold all reservations. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Proms and New Years, a 3 hour non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Airport Transfers All sedan and SUV cancellations received less than 2 hours prior to pickup time will be charged the full rate quoted. Vans and Sprinter cancellations less than 6 hours will be charged the full time reserved. Mini bus cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full amount. The exception to the above is if your flight is cancelled by the airline.

Charters Sedans and SUVs: 4 hour cancellation or less – Full charter rate. Vans & Sprinters: 6 hour cancellation or less – Full charter rate mini Bus: 24 hour cancellation or less – Full charter rate Proms and New Years Eve have a 14 day cancellation policy on all vehicles.

Mountain Charters or Transfers There is a 12 hour cancellation on all vehicles going to/from the mountain areas.

Change Policy

Changes should not be made with your Chauffeur. All changes must be made by calling Towne & Country Limousine at (303) 576-8121 or (800) 610-1909.

CHAUFFEUR’S TIP

On all reservations, a discretionary  tip of 20% is added to all reservations as a convenience to the client. This tip is subject to your complete discretion, and maybe increased or decreased or eliminated.  If there are no changes, it will be deemed acceptance of the tip that was added.

Point to Point Transfers

We provide up to a 15 minute grace period at pick-up before wait time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle + 20% gratuity billed in 15 min  increments for sedans and SUVS. For Vans, Sprinters and mini buses wait time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle + 20% gratuity billed in 30 min  increments. Point A to Point B Transfers are without any stops.

HOLIDAYS

The following days will have a surcharge(s) applied:  Labor Day – Memorial Day – Independence Day – Thanksgiving Day  – Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Rate Changes

All Rates are subject to audit after order completion. This audit includes actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops, etc. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not the final charges which will be based on the actual time used. Rates are billed, including, applicable fees and tolls, any current Fuel Surcharge(s) and a 20% suggested chauffeurs tip. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity it is at your sole discretion and would be in addition to the 20% you have already paid for.

Surcharges

All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to road tolls, parking, airport fees and luggage carts will be billed to the client.

Early morning fee of $15.00 applies between the hours of 12:00am – 4:00am and $10.00 applies between the hours of 4:00am – 6:00am for Sedans and SUVS.

Early morning fee of $35.00 applies between the hours of 12:00am – 4:00am and $25.00 applies between the hours of 4:00am – 6:00am for Vans, Sprinters and Mini buses.

Termination of any Reservation by Towne & Country Limousine Inc.

Towne & Country Limousine reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the Chauffeur or Towne & Country Limousine Inc’s dispatcher feels that the Renter and or Party of the Renter is putting the Chauffeur or vehicle in any danger of injury or damage. Additionally, if the Renter and or Party of the Renter are in the possession of any illegal material and or illegal substances, this service will be terminated immediately and charged at the full amount of the reservation. This is without exception. Towne & Country Limousine reserves the right to return renting party and its passenger(s) to the original pick up point or to drop the renting party at any safe location due to the above infractions

Uncontrollable Acts, Acts of God and/or Acts of Mother Nature

Towne & Country Limousine Inc is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and or circumstances that are beyond our control including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, or road closures.

Vehicle Damage/Cleaning

The Party paying for the Reservation is responsible for all damages and or cleaning charges incurred, including but not limited to the following minimum costs of: Vomit/Sickness ($300/Incident for Cleaning Fee), Broken/Missing Glassware ($15.00/glass), Burns ($500/ Incident for Replacement or Repair), Upholstery Tears ($500-1,000/Incident for Replacement or Repair) and/or Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object .Actual amount will be billed per repair fee and time out of service for the vehicle.

Lost or Damaged Items

Towne & Country Limousine is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. Towne & Country Limousine reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.

WEATHER

Towne & Country is not responsible for any delays or the termination during the winter months, caused by unsafe road conditions.  Additional fees may apply for winter weather conditions resulting in hazardous, unsafe or difficult  driving conditions, especially in and around mountain resorts and mountain areas.  Should weather warrant, all charters, airport transfers, or point to point transfers will revert to an hourly rate, from garage to garage.

CHILD SEAT DISCLAIMER

Towne & Country Worldwide, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any improper use of a Child Restraint System used by the client; booker, passenger, or otherwise. No employee of Towne & Country Worldwide is authorized, allowed, or certified to install any Child Restraint System other than to place it in the vehicle. For proper installation the child’s responsible party must refer to the manufacturer’s instruction manual.

Colorado Child Safety Notice & Knowing Assumption of the Risk where Child Restraining System is not Used.Colorado law (Sections 42‑4‑236 & 42-4‑237, C.R.S.) requires that children up to 15 years old riding in a motor vehicle be properly secured.Children under 8 years old must be restrained in the appropriate child restraint system; older children must use a seat belt or a child restraint system. However, pursuant to Section 42-4-236(3)(f), C.R.S., child restraint requirements do not apply to a child who is being transported in a motor vehicle operated by, or on behalf of, a common carrier, contract carrier, or a luxury limousine service such as Towne & Country Worldwide. Despite our exemption under law, Towne & Country Worldwide STRONGLY ENCOURAGES AND REQUIRES all passengers to use the appropriate child restraint system where it is available in our vehicles. If you have your own child seat or booster seat, and have it with you when we transport you and/or your child, or you have requested Towne & Country Worldwide one, OUR POLICY REQUIRES THAT THE CHILD RESTRAINING SYSTEM BE USED and that it be set up and positioned by the adult passenger responsible for the child; even if the child restraint system is provided by Towne & Country Worldwide. If a passenger fails to use the child restraint system, then the passenger, on his/her own behalf, and on behalf of the child, a) agrees that he/she assumes the entire risk arising out of the use, and the child’s use, of Towne & Country Worldwide’s services to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law; and b) fully understands that accepting Towne & Country Worldwide’s services may not only involve the risks of serious injury or death, economic loss, property damage or loss (the “Risks”) resulting from his/her own acts, omissions, or negligence, but also the same Risks from the acts, omissions, or negligence of others and/or the condition of the vehicle.

Alcohol Policy – Minors

No alcohol will be allowed in any vehicle with all passengers being under the age of 21 years old, even with parent’s permission. No exceptions. Should any alcohol be found in any vehicle, Towne & Country Limousine Inc reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately and either return all the passengers to the original pick up point or to call the parents to pick the minors up at a specified safe location. There will be no refunds on any of the unused time.
